Support

Launch support

Paid hosted users get email support. Vulnerabilities and account-takeover reports go private-first. Source-available and self-hosting questions should use public GitHub paths when they do not contain secrets.

Paid hosted users

Email support

Email [email protected] for billing, account access, hosted setup, and hosted service issues.

Include the account email, organization name if relevant, approximate time of the issue, and a sanitized description. Do not send agent tokens, private keys, secrets, or full approval payloads.

Security and abuse

Private first

Email [email protected] for suspected vulnerabilities, account takeover, sensitive abuse, or security reports.

Do not post public vulnerability details, secrets, tokens, or exploit steps in GitHub issues. Agent Tick does not run a public bug bounty at launch.

Source-available and self-hosted

GitHub issues and discussions

Use GitHub issues for reproducible bugs, documentation gaps, and hardening requests that do not contain secrets.

Use GitHub discussions for self-hosting questions, integration ideas, and deployment notes that may help other operators.

What to expect

We can help with

  • Hosted account, billing, and organization setup.
  • Agent Tick CLI, mobile, dashboard, and integration configuration.
  • Self-hosting docs, deployment troubleshooting, and reproducible product bugs.

Out of scope for public launch

  • Operating your self-hosted server for you without an agreement.
  • Reviewing or approving arbitrary agent commands on your behalf.
  • Emergency response, remote shell access, or production incident command.
  • Public hosted SLA commitments outside an Enterprise agreement.
